The automatic knitting folding stitching machine is newly researched and developped model of Link machinery. Patent No. LZ:201420367845.X
The success of the development of this machine has drastically increases the working efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of works. It is effectively solves the weft disgonal problem which caused by manpower, and truly achieved "machine replace human" goal.
This machine is widely used in various kinds of brocade cotton tencel polyester and other sensitive and easy scratching materials. The replacement of stitcing yarn is easy and quick.
FEATURES:
1.Control system based on PLC program controller and touch screen control, easy to operate.
2.Equipped with centering machine, can accurately correct the fabric at center of the machine, and ensuring a smooth cloth turn and uncurl the fabrics in a smooth way.
3.Equipped 2 sets Cloth Guider to control the edges of fabrics and made precise alignment.
4.Stitching margin can be adjusted freely.
5.Using fixed needle-point margin, Edge distance can be adjusted according to customer needs, and added miss-stitching detector automatically detects when missing stitch, the system will stop accordingly. After confirming the missing stitch can now be Compensation.
6.Stitching machine moves along with fabric at same speed, thus increase the stitching speed.
7.Stitching distance: 60cm-120cm can be freely adjusted.
